1. Who manufactures their membrane, pre-filters, post-filter, tank, and faucet?
         - We use only top-notch components.

2. How often does their membrane need to be changed and how much does it cost?
        - We recommend that our FilmTec membrane be changed after 6 years of use.  Currently, the price is $55.

3. How often do their pre-filters need to be changed and how much do they cost?
        - We recommend that our pre-filters be changed after 3 years of use.  Currently, the price is $3 for the sediment filter and $15 for the carbon filter.

4. How often does their tank need to be changed and how much does it cost?
        - Our Amtrol tank is guaranteed for 5 years, but normally lasts much longer.  Currently, the price is $60.

5. How often does their post-filter need to be changed and how much does it cost?
        - We recommend that our post-filter be changed after 6 years of use.  Currently, the price is $8.

6. Does their faucet meet governmental lead-free standards?
        - Our Touch-FLO faucet even meets California's lead-free standards which are the most stringent.

7. What is the total price of their system with tax and shipping?
        - We include tax and shipping in our $299 price.
